I’ve always wanted to buy a home but getting the right realtor and someone you trust through the whole process is very important. I told a friend of mine my plans and what I wanted to achieve in the home buying process and that’s when I was refer to ms Lawanda Thornton. From the moment I got connected with Lawanda I knew I was in good hands. I sat and have a conversation with her and let her know all I was looking for and the budget I’m trying to stay in. Once I gave her all the information we did the first step of getting pre approved, after that we saw the numbers and she instantly went to work she work with me from Sun up to Sun down sending me homes going to the homes touring it for me. Most importantly any questions I had Lawanda was there to answer them every step of the way even after her working hours. She knew what my plans and intentions were for getting a home and I think for that she even push harder for me. After searching and searching Lawanda went out and found me a home set up as my plan I lay out to her not only did she find me a home she found me a deal i couldn’t believe I was able to get. After I found the home with the wonderful deal, it was time to buckle up and put our offer in. Lawanda made sure I was comfortable she made sure I wasn’t rushing and she most importantly went step by step with everything with me because she knew it was my first time ever purchasing a home she knew I would have questions she knew i needed guidance on everything with this new purchase and she did exactly just that. My underwriting process was very stressful and Lawanda stayed with me through the whole process calming me down telling me not to give up because underwriting are just trying to do there job. She explained the process will be very stressful at times but don’t let it get to me. Finally we got through the process and I was able to walk the finish line with the help of ms Lawanda, closing day came and it was one of the best experience I’ve had in a while. Lawanda was there answering questions and making sure paperwork and everything was how it supposed to and everything was there that was supposed to. While closing she was there she didn’t leave she make sure everything was going how it supposed to. After closing Lawanda still stay with me she help me with every single thing from setting my home up to getting stuff done in the home for me . I’m so grateful for Ms Lawanda not only did she make my experience 10x better she also became more than just my relator. I would recommend any and everyone to let Lawanda be there relator and that’s just base of a great experience and pure honesty.

Kara Trahern was AMAZING! My Daughter was buying her first home and needed a great deal of support throughout the process. In addition, being a Dad, I couldn't stay out of it. Kara was patient, knowledgeable, and ridiculously available to both of us. She listened to exactly what we were looking for, allowed my Daughter to navigate her own selection process, and provided listings for her to consider and make informed decisions. Kara helped coordinate viewings and stuck with us even beyond the sale. How many agents actually continue to provide advice after the sale about document retention, local filings, and HOA Connections?!?!? Highly recommend Kara for your next home-buying or selling experience!

Keller Williams and their associates have continued to call/text me regarding my home that was taken off the market despite numerous attempts to ignore, request to be taken off of their call-list and block their numbers/emails. Regardless of how many numbers I block, the constant calls, emails and texts continue. This is extremely annoying to deal with as a large part of my job deals with having to answer unknown numbers. If they get a hold of your contact info, good luck.

Unfortunately, our experience aligns with the existing 1-star reviews. We reached out to Shelby Guerra multiple times and were met with either no response or minimal, inattentive replies. This was disappointing, as we were serious buyers ready to move forward in the area. Communication and professionalism were lacking. The experience ultimately led us to move on elsewhere.
