Mike and his team are a group of great people. After having my home on the market for months and needing to sell fast. The outlook was very bleak. Then Mike and his team contacted me. They made a great offer and bought the home. It was an easy quick process that saved my family in a time of need. They are trustworthy and stick to their word. MICHAEL HAYES is a man of INTEGRITY!!! Ahead of personal gain, Michael values what is honest, true, and noble. I am SO GRATEFUL I was able to connect my family with his services!!! Michael was also sensitive to the needs of my family members during the whole process. Michael was always aligning his conduct with what he knows to be excellent. What I love most about his professionalism is that he is open with great communication skills and always ready to help. Mike and his team are incredible to work with! I used to get calls and texts all the time to buy my house, but they always seemed scammy or shady, and I was way too nervous to move forward with them. When Mike contacted me, I could tell right away he was a legitimate professional from how he spoke and the questions he asked. He didn’t go for a hard sell and he put up with my indecision and questions and suspicions and almost-backing-out several times. He also went way above and beyond in helping me negotiate selling a house with an ornery ex-husband over one shoulder and an ornery husband over the other. In fact, there was an issue with a small lien I had and he worked with me for weeks to resolve it, even helping me pay for the attorney work and offering creative solutions for how we could get past the problem. Hell, he even called my ex several times himself to work through some things. I wouldn’t have been able to do it on my own, for sure! This showed me that Mike is a serious investor and not looking for a quick buck. It also showed me that he cared about the outcome for me, not just for him and his bottom line. On the financing side, Mike bent over backwards to figure out a deal that would be great for both of us, and he was really patient with me while I vetted the proposal and did my own research. It’s been a year or so now since the sale (I think) and we still keep in touch; Mike’s such a great guy I now consider him a friend. I would definitely recommend him and his team if you are considering selling a house he’s interested in. Best of luck!

My house was in foreclosure and Home Offer was able to keep my house from going auction and I actually got a good amount of money from the situation when I was facing getting nothing and having a foreclosure on my records. Easy to work with, swift service, and I was able to work with them to purchase another home with what I was given from the proceeds of the sale. I’m a 72 year old vet and another company I was working with originally tried to take advantage of the situation so it was nice to find a good people like Mike and his team to do business with.
