I had an amazing experience working with this incredible pair. From the moment Ms. Reniece reached out to me , I was provided with a level of professionalism and customer service that truly exceeded my expectations. While we were discussing the issues with the house , she was already mapping out a plan. What sets them aside from all others is how personable , consistent , down to earth and transparent they are. Antwoin’s expertise and creative thinking is what really helped me out of my headache house that was inherited. He truly has knack for problem solving and detail. I live out of state and I never had interest in taking over my Mother’s childhood home there in Fort Worth. It fell apart over the years … Between the squatters , build up of taxes and city liens ; I just didn’t want anything to do with it at all. Mom passed away without a will and the probate process seemed too lengthy. I never realized I had other alternatives. They explained and held my hand through the process to where I didn’t feel overwhelmed. They even located relatives I hadn’t spoken to in years ! We had a successful closing , with a pretty decent turn around , give or take 3-4 weeks. I didn’t even have to travel from Arkansas for closing , they sent a mobile notary ! This is one of the best real estate companies in the DFW. Antwoin is patient, knowledgeable, honest, and beyond helpful. It is hard to find good help when looking for properties. I recommend America for Sale to anyone who wants a great customer centered experience during sometimes what can be a frustrating time. I have already recommended several people. Give them a call!
