Honestly since this company has taken over the property they have done nothing but hassle the tenants whenever there's an emergency they take extremely long to get anything done. Then when you report said issue their first response is to blame you the tenant so they can charge you for things that they are clearly responsible for as outlined in the rental agreement. April is one of the most unprofessional property managers I've ever had to deal with. I do Do not recommend this company.

There was no other option other than giving the lowest one. If there was an option, I could have given a negative star for their unethical and unprofessional work. To start with, this company was representing the seller and after multiple counter offers (even for these steps they took their sweet time) and after pushing on closing the loan in as short as 10 days, they have decided to go with another offer. The unethical part is, even after deciding to go with another offer, you could still see the listing as active on Zillow. Be aware to engage this company for representing you and also while making an offer to a property that is being advertised by Watson Realty.

Just for basic information very rude unprofessional don’t recommend if the initial conversation starts off as if your not a possible tenant red flag once your a tenant I’m just guessing the unprofessional ism is worse. By looking at the reviews this is not a consideration anymore thank you for being rude right from the start to guide me elsewhere.

Warning: Company policy is not to verify payment history for other landlords despite having an information authorization unless the tenant has given a 30 day notice. So do not expect to be able to get approved to rent anywhere else unless you're already under a time limit to get out or be evicted. Which is essentially impossible, and a tactic to prevent tenants from being able to leave.

Annette had her hands full with our home sale and proved herself to be not only up to the task but consistently went above and beyond. When you meet her she makes a beautiful impression and you'll quickly see that she is a lovely, caring person as well as a professional. The entire process, start to finish took just under a year. We had a bad tenant that required eviction, a home that once cleared needed a lot of work. A million details that we had no idea how to navigate. Annette put us in touch with the attorney in her office who very professionally protected our mother with an update to her trust. Annette gave us so much information and advice. She spent TIME with us, which is so rare these days. Annette was never more than a phone call, email or text away and kept in touch with every member of our family. When the time came to sell, almost a year after our first meeting, Annette held back to back showings, took multiple offers which she brought in person to the family and a sale we could all be excited about within 10 days! Not one member of the family, whether it's buying or selling would consider using anyone else. Thank you Annette for everything!!
