Carmine our waiter was professional and courteous to the Max! The food here at Bella Vista is wonderful. We fell in love with the town as soon as we saw it. We fell in love with this restaurant as soon as we tasted it!

This hands down my favorite sit-down meal at Msp Airport. I find the food delightful, I like breakfast. The service is outstanding. Annie, my server, was knowledgeable regarding the menu and options. The site is comfortable and clean. Great drinks. The bar tender made sure I was ( and others were ) safe to board flights.

Zillow claims that their mission is "to empower customers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgages" but their proprietary formula provides the erroneous estimates that do not reflect the real value of the property, i.e., the actual amounts buyers or renters are willing to pay. Moreover, they recently "adjusted" their rent estimates and they went down more than 40%. What company makes such drastic adjustments in a relatively unchanged market?! Also, the numbers they assign are about half of what Redfin believes is a correct rent. Not the company I would be doing business with.

Zillow only helps RE agents that pay them but has no problem posting our listings incorrectly which only gets our sellers upset. This is the worst business model I’ve come across.

I have two identical homes in the same neighborhood. Zillow sends me valuations all the time that are $100,000 apart. I wouldn't believe Zillow values. They have no way to appraise the value of any property.
