I truly can’t say enough good things about Shea. I had bought a new home and didn’t want the hassle of putting my old house on the market. I spoke with several different companies that buy homes. I knew the moment that I spoke with him, he was who I wanted to do business with. He was very professional and sincere. Shea was upfront, honest, and a man of his word. He got everything closed before the closing of my new home. I was able to put the money from my previous home towards part of my down payment for the new home. Shea cares about his clients and you really can’t say that about a lot of the companies that are in this business. Thank you, Shea for making it such an easy and stress free process.

Weird situation to find myself in 3 years after the loss of my father. Shea contacted my family about our options and was straight forward and forthcoming with answers we wanted. The process was painless and Shea was easy to speak to. I'm sure the work on there side was crazy, but we had the easy job of asking questions, signing papers and then hearing that it was done. I appreciate Shea reaching out and making this easy.

My experience was unsurpassed. Shea made my complete home buying experience easy. Very responsive to any calls, emails, and worked completely off my schedule for viewing appointments. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I actually recommended him to many people that I knew had recently moved to the area and were looking to buy. And of course, they found their dream homes with him. He was there from beginning...middle....to close and even after the sale. If I ever decide to buy or sell again, Shea will be the first person I call.
