I highly recommend this company and especially Cat who helped us through every step of the process. We were moving across the country and she made the process feel safe and streamlined. Cat had a FaceTime video with us to ensure we loved the home we would be moving to with our family! I could not recommend MoveZen or Cat enough, if you are looking for a home and have the chance to work with this company it will be worth it! Moving is hard but it felt more comfortable knowing there was someone who was with me through it all!

Had an absolute incredible experience with this property management company. I want to highlight Cat Worlds, Southern Wake Territory Manager, for her outstanding performance. She has been such a pleasure to work with as a tenant, and has been so helpful to us throughout our time here. Her terrific communication and friendly demeanor have truly added a personal touch which we have never had with any other property management company before. I can’t say enough great things about Cat as a property manager. She is incredibly detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and always on top of everything. No matter the situation, she handles it with professionalism and efficiency, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Cat goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of properly, and her communication is clear, timely, and helpful. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved, but she absolutely does. If you’re looking for a property manager who is reliable, organized, and truly knows what she’s doing, Cat is the best choice. Highly recommend!

I am having an absolutely amazing experience working with Cat from Move Zen. From the start, her communication was outstanding!! She answered every single question I had quickly and very thoroughly, which made a huge difference for me. In the past I have only ever rented from private owners, so I was honestly a bit nervous about working with a property management company. But she put me at ease and made the entire process smooth and fairly stress free. Almost made me feel like I was working with a private landlord! I’m only three days into my new lease, but based on my experience getting here, I would rate her and the company a 10/10 without hesitation. She went above and beyond to help me (quickly) secure the rental home I really really wanted, and I couldn’t be happier so far!
