I just purchased my first home here in the Raleigh area working with Cecilia Zuvic at Monarch Realty. I'm a first time home buyer and I can't thank Cecilia enough for her attentiveness to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. She has an impeccable eye for detail and was able to negotiate into the closing some large ticket items that needed repair/service before my move in date. She's very well versed in the aggressive realtor market in the Raleigh area, and maintains constant communication throughout the process. I consider myself very lucky to have had such a positive first time buyer experience working with Cecilia. The process moved swiftly with ample time for me to make arrangements with my current rental community. Thank you Cecilia for finding me such a beautiful home!!

Monarch went above and beyond to make sure my first home buying experience went as great as it could’ve been. Cecilia Zuvic was unbelievable throughout the process. Very responsiveness, answered any questions, and referred me to any third parties resources I needed such as closing attorneys, interior decorating, and all others. This made the process incredibly easy and most importantly comfortable. Upon move in, Monarch, along with Resolute, made sure all punch list items were attended to and fixed in a timely manner to make sure my living experience was above and beyond. Thank you for a pleasurable experience as a first time home buyer. I hope to work with Monarch Reality in the future

She made the process as stress-free as possible, was always available when I had questions, and made sure that I was comfortable during the entire selling process. Monarch Realty is top notch!!!! I was looking for an investment property in Raleigh, and Cecilia of Monarch Realty did an excellent job finding a property for me. Since I am from another state, it was critical to find a realtor who was very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She did an excellent valuation analysis of various properties, and she was very proactive and diligent in finding properties to choose from.
