Heidi and Kelli were the most amazing, kind, and professional team I have had the pleasure of working with. We were relocating to Durham area from out of state and they made the process extremely stress free and smooth. They handle everything under the sun and are extremely knowledgeable. Heidi had a lengthy call with us from the start to discover what we were looking for. She answered all our questions, really listened, and offered wonderful advice. Kelli is a rock star at handling all the paperwork, navigating other agents, lawyers, etc. She is an absolute work horse and delivers any hour of the day/week. They did video tours of homes for us, helped guide us through the offer/negotiate process, and even helped navigate work that needed done to the house. This team of ladies went above and beyond! If you are moving, you want this team of boss ladies in your corner. We are so grateful and will 100% be using them again if we move within the area. Hire this team!!

Heidi and her team went above and beyond getting my home ready—and somehow made the whole process actually fun. Their marketing was so good I briefly considered not selling just so I could keep staring at the listing! In the end, they worked their magic and got me a quick, seamless sale. Heidi represented some buyers on a house that my company built. She is the most enthusiastic person I have ever met. You can really tell she cares about her buyers.
