Buying a home can be challenging. Not only do you have to consider the cost when purchasing a home, but you also have to take into consideration the other potential homeowners that want the exact same house you want (The Bidding War). It helps to know that no matter how many times someone out bids you, your Agent is right there with another listing that suits your family's needs and wants. This person was our Agent Leah Spear. She went above and beyond to help us "The Oby's" find the best home for us. We were relocating from another state and could only come to the Raleigh/Durham area one weekend to house hunt, after that Leah made sure she scheduled viewing appointments while video chatting with me; how awesome is that!
