Working with Dan and Nate was one of the best decision I ever made. They answered every single question I had from start to finish, Never made me feel stupid, And took great care of me and my family in a time of need.

If I could give them 0 star I would. Do not recommend. The radio ad wasn’t true and it’s just to get people to call them. They will want you to pay most of your house pay less to acquire your house you lose equity and they resale it at max profit and usually more than market value. You don’t get anything after ! Also do your research

When I called and spoke with Nate he was very friendly, informative and patient answering my many questions. Then Dan was so great to work with! I so appreciate all his help, from the first time we met at the house until AFTER the closing! This was a stressful situation that was made much better thanks to the smooth process and kindness of Nate and Dan!

Selling your home is an overwhelming experience but I can say Dan and his team made my experience incredibly easy. Dan sticks to his word right from the beginning until closing. I was offered a fair price, their a very short walk through of my home, and then we were at closing. Dan and his team always reply to emails and answer any questions you may have thoroughly and quickly, if I could give this company 10 stars I would.
