BE careful will tell you one thing and lie about other things just to get your application money with no real intentions of renting to you. Here is the story. Called after a goggle search on rent to own homes. Lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful I asked the process and explained my situation. After about a month because of her niceness I decided I would review their listings. When I called back same nice lady answered and I said I was interested in a property and she tried to get me to wait for the other properties that were going to drop soon. I said I would like to apply for the current one and she sent me an application to myself and my partner. She did state that they were going on vacation and that there would be some other properties that might drop while they were on vacation and to call right away and when they got back they would reach out in the order they received the calls. I keep checking the website constantly and another one did drop so I called late in the night/early morning trying to be the first to call. The next day I also sent a message via their contact email thing. I then got a text to view the original property I applied for. Shortly after viewing that property I received a call from some guy (I learned later was named Jeb.) That the new listing was already rented. I tried talking to him about what i was told and he became angry with me and told me "I am the guy that is telling you that the home is rented" I was in speaker with both my partner and friend and they hear it. I therefore against their advice followed up with the company when they were suppose to be back from their vacation and spoke to a man named Steve and he stated he would get back to me. I called back the next day and he told me after speaking to Jed that I was rude and hung up on him. When I tried to explain that, that was not true and I have witnesses. He did not care to listen. SO THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER PLANNED ON RENTING TO ME DO NOT DO Business with them. They are liars and thieves.

I had the pleasure to with Steve and his team! they are truly amazing. we finalized our purchase on our house last week and Steve and his team made that dream come true. His amazing program allowed us to purchase the house in no time. We will refer ABQ Rent 2 Own to anybody we know. Thanks again for the opportunity!

If there was an option for 10 stars I sure would give it. Jed is awesome! This company is so rare and one of a kind! If you can get in one of these homes I highly recommend it. The program is designed to help people become home owners!

Very friendly and helpful. Aimed at helping families succeed in accomplishing homeownership. Actually looked at a few of there homes and am aiming at getting one from them. Highly recommend!!!!!!
