I wish I could leave a negative but I can’t. Marie our real estate seems as to everything we were told by her was incorrect and she always had to get back to us with new information. We stated from the fact we wanted to sell as is, well 15,000 in our house still wasn’t selling. We had 3 different offers fall through as we kept asking her what we needed to do and she said the couldn’t tell us or didn’t know. Not once in this entire process did we ever feel we were looked after or cared about. We caught inspectors lounging around when they were supposed to be working, they never finished what they were inspecting and had to keep coming back etc. there was a nonexistent mold issue that 3 experts came out to say there is no mold, but the deals kept falling through. We put new appliances, garage door, hot water heater, swamp cooler etc, but after she guaranteed us the last time the buyers realized we were putting no more money in and we trusted her one more time the buyers came back with there is just so much wrong. We painted and fixed stucco in the front painted all trim and painted the inside and we’re even giving a $5000 credit for new flooring. We gave everything everyone asked for as she couldn’t close the deal. I have built houses and except for cosmetic issues I have no idea what the major issues were. I even spoke to my dad and he didn’t even understand it either. He told me it seemed like people were working together to get their friends more money to fix problems. I hesitated to believe at first, but I am 100% confident this is now the case. I would never ever work with them unless your replace and fix every single thing in your house. We feel betrayed and lied to at every turn. The only time anything happened is when we stated we were going with someone else. They will say they tried everything blah blah blah. In the end after doing nothing and us having to even keep correcting the wrong paperwork they kept sending they still want money like the money grubbing place they are. Don’t do it. I will make sure ALL my military friends and neighbors make sure never to use this money grubbing company. Even with my having to enter the hospital to deal with issues related to my PTSD to how stressful she made it and the fact I needed to be in Virginia for my dads 70th because he just had dealt with his second bout of cancer she played the victim. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was a horrible horrible experience. It’s like she was working for everyone but us. Every offer was us giving more. Not once did she actually come back with something beneficial to us. She kept playing the we’ll the other family has been looking for houses and keeps getting turned away. I see why. They want a pristine house off the market. In the end when we went with someone else the only the cares about was getting her commission and not the lives she ruined of a 100% disabled vet. Most fake and disingenuous person I have met in sometime. They will get their money they are so desperate for, but they lost many potential customers we were going to send their way.

Beware of dealing with Suzan Walker. Suzan represented the buyers when we sold our house. After closing, some packages of ours were delivered to the home, but we didn’t learn about them for a month and a half after closing. My agent tried to reach out to arrange for the packages to be picked up once she learned about them, but Suzan never responded again. When I called Suzan myself (about 4 weeks later) she threw my agent under the bus and said that she had tried to reach her 5-6 times. When I asked Suzan for copies of the messages she sent to my agent, Suzan could only produce one message. I asked to be reimbursed for the package (my son had ordered something and it was $60, while she made THOUSANDS ON the transaction) and she refused and said it wasn’t her or her clients’ responsibility, even though we know that the package was delivered to the house. I think her not being truthful about how many times she tried to contact our agent, refusing to take responsibility for the packages that were in her or her clients’ possession and then throwing our agent under the bus, is highly unethical.

I have been receiving unsolicited calls every morning around 8am from Diego and Dominic at Reality One, despite repeatedly telling him that I am not in the market for a home. After blocking multiple numbers, the calls have continued, which leads me to believe my number is being shared within his team. This level of persistence is intrusive and unprofessional. At this point, the experience has been so frustrating that I would never consider using Diego or Reality One for any real estate services. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values respectful communication and boundaries.
