I want to share a great experience we had with Jason Baca at Factory Homes Direct. From the first time we saw the mobile home last March all the way to the day we signed and had it delivered, Jason was amazing to work with. His communication was excellent the entire time. He consistently checked in with us, asked if we had any questions, and made sure we felt informed every step of the way. He always kept in contact and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Jason was also very professional and clear when explaining everything, especially the details about the mobile home and financing. We always felt like we understood what was going on and that we were in good hands. Jason is awesome, and we highly recommend Factory Homes Direct to anyone looking for a great experience! Im so thankful I fell into the hands of Lupe. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The staff work so well together and make you feel very comfortable. They made the whole process so smooth. The delivery and set up crew are so professional and leave your new home looking fabulous. My husband and I purchased a Champion manufactured home from Lupe Marquez at Factory Homes Direct. We are very pleased with the personal customer service that we received. The subcontractors that Lupe recommended were professional and did a great job with the foundation and connecting utilities to our home. The follow up and quick response to our questions was great. We recommend Lupe and Factory Homes Direct.

Gabe was awesome. Delt with me for 8 months with buying my first house. Honest people get it done fast and right. Answered all questions. Went to look at a bunch of places too. This place is number 1.

We were looking for a new double wide to purchase and we went all over New Mexico and even Texas. We found Jason Baca and he is by far the best sales representative we have ever dealt with. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of. He also is easy to deal with and explains everything pretty clearly. Alot of sales representatives do not care about the customer needs, but Jason is awesome and is exceptional with all our needs. I would never go anywhere else and I highly recommend him for anyone interested in buying a new home. I give him a 5 star rating for all the great customer service he provides.
