I didn't have to worry on my end to find contractors from a thousand miles away. Veronica's pricing recommendation was spot-on, and her knowledge of the local market gave me confidence at every step. The photos and online listing were polished and professional, and we ultimately found a buyer who paid our asking price. Closing was smooth and on time, with no surprises. Communication was amazing, I could reach out anytime and get a prompt, thoughtful reply. It genuinely felt like they were taking care of me, not just managing a transaction. Veronica was wonderful to work with. She guided us through the stressful situation of having to sell our house while across the country.
