I love living here. Ashley and Preston are the best. They provide excellence in Managing and make me feel important and at home. Many exciting and fun gatherings with tenants. Contests and fun. I have never felt like a number. They treat you like family. Keep up the good work.

I had an excellent experience touring the property. It was clean and even though it’s a big building, it felt cozy. Ashley was very nice and funny, and had a chill demeanor. I would’ve loved having her as an apartment manager! The amount of space and the location for the price is a great value! Unfortunately, we can’t make it our home because our cat, Cosmo is accustomed to playing fetch, running and sliiiiiiiding on hard floors and we couldn’t take that away from him (the unit had carpet). Yes, King Cosmo rules our world. 👑🐈‍⬛🌎😹🧶

Honestly, this is home has been for the past 5 years. I absolutely love living here from the friendly neighbors to the great management I wouldn’t be anywhere else! And trust me I’ve pretty much looked at all apartments in the downtown area and by far The greenhouse to me is the best! Even when there are issues that need to be fixed around the building management is on top of it and quick with results. I’m truly happy and proud to be part of the greenhouse family, this is home and don’t see that changing anytime soon! And downtown is growing and so much to do around this area, I definitely recommend The greenhouse 💚

The current maintenance staff and management of the Greenhouse is fantastic. I have lived here for 17 years, since 2007, and I really appreciate the current crew. We just did a huge de-cluttering of our apartment, and submitted 10 maintenance requests on a large work order due to the backlog items we had neglected to request repairs for. James the maintenance person completed almost all of them in a few hours, and is on top of the outstanding items that require outside contractors. I also want to commend Ashley the building manager, who is the best manager we have had in 17 years at the Greenhouse. She is far and away the most professional and informed building manager we have ever had. Preston the assistant manager is also great --- always cheerful and helpful. Another day in our Urban Paradise at the Greenhouse!
