Don and Val worked with us to sell our home in Bennington, NE. Within 6 days of listing our home, we accepted an offer to sell our home for asking price. Don and Valerie communicated well with us throughout the process and handled the closing of the sale of our home while we were out of the country on vacation. After we moved, we had a significant package delivered to our previous address by mistake, and Val worked with the buyers realtor to help us make arrangements for the package to be forwarded to our new address. Don and Val are straightforward, honest communicators. Don and Valorie were the agents who sold my home and provided me with an out of state agent to find my new home in Iowa. There was a lot coordinating between all of the agents involved in the sale and purchase of the homes. . They assisted in financing. There were issues that arose out of sale of my home. They stood by me and helped to find and coordinate repairs to prepare my home for sale. They went above and beyond on what I expected from an agent. They were always available when problems arose. I am so pleased with their work that I would recommend them to any family and friends that are in need of selling or buying real estate.
