I rented from these guys in late spring of 2025 MONTH TO MOMTH very decent apartment (inside) no Conventional AC so summer time is rough. said im not allowed to rent from them again due to me having a dog, whole time she was my ESA animal THAT they had said was fine with , i left in the middle of the month in AUGUST due to a roach infestation in my kitchen that they failed to come out and fix AFTER complaining to them multiple times. I'm sick of these landlords holding tenants to high standards when the tenants who is keeping these companies alive by paying them monthly can't even live in a comfortable environment.

I've been renting with this company for 6 years now I have never had an issue maintenance is always on top of everything Becky and Michelle are extremely friendly apartments are reasonably priced

I don’t like how I made three times the rent and you made apartments disappear on the page that you advertise them on. I called also. Are you mad because I make more money than you or have a decent job? Are there just females that work in this building? I have a high school diploma and I can obtain a college degree.

We've been renting from them for almost a year now. We are very happy with everyone here. We haven't had any problems at all they are wonderful people to rent from, for a company that has a number of places if you call them they make you feel like your very important, this has been the best experience with a large landlord I've had. I'm very thankful for everybody who's here. Just today, I called and talked to Becky, who is a sweetheart. A company was cutting a tree in my yard, and I was having a problem with people being in my space.. well, less than an hour, Donte was here to make sure everything was ok, that's how much they care. I can't say it enough how much good everybody here is. They go out of their way to make sure their tenets are ok. These people deserve so much respect and are truly amazing, kind, helpful and caring. Thank you Becky and Donte
