I’ve been a Realtor for over 20 years, so this isn’t easy for me to say—but my brother flat out did a better job than I would have. On the purchase of my home, he got me a $35,000 inspection credit. I would’ve been happy with $10K, so that alone blew me away. When we sold my house, he kept multiple buyers engaged while we explored a cash offer that didn’t pan out. Because of how he handled it, we still had strong options—and I ended up getting more than my bottom line. What impressed me most is how calm and strategic he is. He doesn’t rush anything and always puts you in the best position. Proud to call him my brother, but even more impressed as a client. If you’re hiring a Realtor, you want him in your corner.
