Eric Woodward and his team members at UPSWING real estate are the best at what they do! From advice, inspections, marketing, cleaning, staging, open house and the entire distance to “SOLD”! They give it their all. My friendship with Eric goes back to 1998 and our first experience with Eric as a real estate agent was 2005. Eric and his team will go over the top to make sure you feel confident buying and or selling your property. Now in 2025 Eric and Upswing real estate helped us buy a new house in Aptos and sell the house he helped us buy back in 2005. Jody you were absolutely wonderful and so helpful and wise about everything. From the renovation of my previous home, to giving us great referrals up here, to suggestions as to what to do next. I am forever greatful to you for all your hard work and professional and personal care. Making it so much easier to understand this whole process, plus having such great empathy for me in the emotions involved in selling my home. Eric Woodward was beyond fantastic, and I would not hesitate to strongly recommend him to family and friends. We were first-time homebuyers, and Eric's vast expertise in real estate generally and in the local San Jose area helped to educate and guide us. I felt like Eric truly took the time to understand our needs, and he went out of his way to show us properties so we could be sure when the "right one" came on the market. He was easily reachable by phone and text at all hours, and he made it feel like we were his only clients. Eric is the full package--experience, wisdom, street smarts, top-notch negotiation skills, and excellent communication. While we plan to stay in our new home for many, many years, Eric would be my very first phone call for any future real estate needs.

I am the executor of my grandmother's house, and I was concerned because I didn’t know a realtor in the Hayward area. I had been aware of Upswing for a long time and decided to reach out to them. I needed a lot of help since the home had been neglected in terms of maintenance and upkeep for quite some time. They were able to offer services at a reasonable rate, and the staging was phenomenal. I have never seen the property look so good. After seeing the pictures, I felt a little sad to let it go. Joey even came to my office to answer any questions I had about the title and escrow paperwork. I have never had a realtor do that before; it was a pleasant surprise.
