We’ve had the pleasure of owning not one, but two Robson Homes, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Our first home was purchased new in 2019 in the Orchard Heights community. From the start, Robson Homes impressed us with their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate customizations — including electrical, speaker, and network pre-wiring — that made our home truly fit our lifestyle. The home buying process was smooth and professional, but what really stood out was the post-purchase support. Years after moving in, our salesperson, Lee Ann Williamson, remained incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether we were looking for part numbers, paint and stain swatches, or even building blueprints, she was always just an email away. More recently, we purchased our second Robson home — this time a resale in the Mission Heights community. Although we weren’t the original buyers, Lee Ann once again went above and beyond to help us with information and support, even though she wasn’t involved in the transaction. It speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to quality and long-term care for their homeowners — not just for first-time buyers, but also for second-hand owners. Robson Homes builds beautiful homes and backs them with a level of service and integrity that’s hard to find these days. We’re grateful to be part of two Robson communities and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Buying our new home from Robson Homes has been such an incredible experience. From start to finish everything went so smoothly and they even completed our home before the promised deadline. The quality is outstanding and every detail feels thoughtful and beautifully done! As a realtor I have seen many new constructions, and I can honestly say Robson Homes truly stands apart. Their craftsmanship, design, and service are exceptional. Every person we met was professional, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It is rare to find a company that makes the process this seamless, fun, and professional all at once. We are so happy to call our Robson home home :)

We have been following Robson Homes for a number of years and have always been impressed with their build quality and craftsmanship based on their model homes, so we had high hopes going into this process. I am happy to say that the reality matched our expectations, and we are now proud homeowners of a Robson home. Our experience began with a wonderful conversation with Christina. Moving forward, we developed a great relationship with Lee Ann, Katie, and Charles. Everyone on the team was incredibly willing and open to listening to our needs. We are not easy-to-please buyers; throughout the process, we had some challenging and non-standard requests. Despite Robson not being a "custom" home builder, the team always tried to go above and beyond to ensure our wishes were met within their constraints. Having had a not-so-great experience buying from a national home builder in the past, we naturally had some skepticism. That skepticism was quickly addressed when we met the superintendent, Jay. Jay truly understands the homeowner's perspective and refuses to take shortcuts; he treats the home as if he were building it for his own family rather than just checking boxes. He was incredibly patient with our questions, always taking the time to explain the 'why' behind specific construction details. If a challenge came up, he didn't just report the problem; he came to us with thoughtful solutions ready to go. I consider myself a very detailed person, and Jay would consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything not only met but exceeded specifications. Jay is truly an amazing asset, and Robson Homes should try its best to retain him as it is very rare to find such a person. A home is a long-term asset, and we understand that with any human-made product, minor adjustments are to be expected. We have been very impressed with Robson’s willingness to address small repairs and fixes proactively and responsively. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home.

We had a great experience working with Lee Ann, Katie and Jay at Robson home. They were professional, reliable, and did an amazing job on our new home. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they finished everything on time and within budget. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they were always available to answer our questions. I also want to specifically recognize Anthony Falcocchia from Robson Homes Customer Care. He consistently goes above and beyond to take care of issues with our home. What really stands out is his dedication—he personally visits to see problems firsthand, then promptly arranges repairs and coordinates timing in a way that works for us. That level of ownership makes a huge difference. Anthony truly listens to our concerns and always does his best to find a solution. Even when something falls outside of his scope, he still offers helpful suggestions and guidance, which shows how much he genuinely cares about homeowners. On top of that, he’s friendly, patient, and simply a pleasure to work with. It’s rare to find someone so responsive and committed to customer care. We really appreciate everything he’s done for us. -------------- I’m happy with how responsive and committed the Robson Homes team has been in addressing post-move-in items and in standing behind the beautiful homes they build. Daniel from construction managed everything with excellent organization and clear communication, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Lee Ann’s care and attention to detail made me feel well supported, and Charles provided strong leadership and thoughtful guidance throughout. Art and Anthony from Customer Care have gone above and beyond, arranging timely warranty repairs and consistently making customer satisfaction a top priority. I’m genuinely pleased with how thoroughly and effectively Robson has followed through so far — it speaks volumes about their dedication to quality and service.
