A few days after moving in, I saw a cockroach in my apartment. It was actually my first time seeing one, and I am very afraid of bugs, so I was too scared to kill it or remove it myself. Since it was the weekend, pest control was not able to come immediately. I reached out to the apartment staff for help, and Daniel kindly came to my unit twice. The first time, the bug disappeared after I went downstairs to ask for help, but Daniel was still very patient and recommended several sticky traps and insect sprays. Later that afternoon, I saw the bug again and called for help. Daniel came back and helped me take care of it. I know this was probably not part of his regular responsibilities, but he was extremely patient, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. I am very grateful for his kindness and help. Also, when I first moved in last week, my mattress was too heavy for me to move by myself, and a security staff member kindly helped me carry it upstairs. I did not get his name, but I really appreciated his help as well. Overall, my experience with the staff has been very positive. They have been helpful, kind, and responsive, which made my move-in experience much easier.

Daniel Pulido was amazing throughout the entire leasing process. He made apartment tours really smooth and informative, answered all our questions, and was always quick to respond. The whole experience — from viewing the apartments to signing the lease — felt organized and stress-free thanks to his support. We really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude. Highly recommend working with Daniel!

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge a young professional at this apartment community, Emily Ibarra. Emily took the time to truly understand my budget, as well as my needs and preferences. She went above and beyond to help me find a place I could truly call home one where I could be happier. Most importantly, she genuinely took the time to understand my true needs and wants, which made the entire experience feel personal and thoughtful. Emily never rushed me, followed up with me without any pressure, and patiently answered my many questions. As I am still transitioning from my current lease, I truly appreciate her understanding and professionalism, and I look forward to embracing what Emily has shown me as I prepare for this next chapter.

I’ve lived here for 6 months, and although the elevator is often out of service, my stay has been exceptional thanks to Mike at the front desk. He is always helpful, accommodating, and genuinely dedicated to making residents feel comfortable. I would be happy to stay with Centerra again in the future.

Just don't rent here. the experience trying to rent from the management has left me exhausted...It's not even worth paying so much rent for, definitely has a weird smell in the lobby and the building is not the cleanest. There are other much better places you can rent than Centerra. Daniel on the leasing team literally wasted my time, made me go in circles for an entire week. I was able to rent another place in span of less than 24 hours and was treated so much differently and better, PS that place is 10 TIMES cleaner than Centerra can ever be.
