I've lived at the Mix for half a year now and overall, the experience is good but can be improved. Staff: 10/10 Cleanliness: 7/10 Community: 10/10 Safety: 9/10 STAFF :) The staff is amazing, 10/10. Anabey was helpful in getting us situated here and the process was seamless. I appreciate her timeliness in answering our questions and getting us settled in. I also appreciate Jeremy's help when it comes to getting maintenance done. The maintenance crew is always polite, friendly and quick with their work. I feel confident that we'll be taken care of when we put in a work order. Even the custodian staff is friendly, always greeting us with a smile and actively working. I appreciate them so much because the communal areas (elevator and elevator lobby specifically) can be a mess from the neighbors...and it's a lot to keep up with. CLEANLINESS Unfortunately this is where we lack. I think it's because we're in a pet-friendly community and neighbors don't pick up after their pets.. There's often pee around the elevators. One time we found poop smeared the moment you step into the lobby. It was cleaned the next day but it's just moments like that where we can't avoid the mess.. Elevators sometimes smell too. I don't blame The Mix for this, it's really up to the neighbors to keep up with their pets. COMMUNITY The coolest thing about living here is that there's so much to do! You're walking distance from some of the best foods in town, coffee shops, barbers, waxing, an arcade, an ice rink. There's so much to do including monthly apartment gatherings, a weekly farmer's market, and monthly vendor gatherings on our street. It's truly a fun environment. SAFETY I feel safe living here but the one downside is that the LATCH app to enter sometimes doesn't work. :,) The app has lagged for me maybe 5 times, where I had to wait for a neighbor to open a garage gate or door. It can be frustrating waiting outside for an unknown amount of time. Only other downside is that the fire alarm goes off almost every month and it's nearly always a false alarm... Probably because we have a lot of overall maintenance that disturbs the pipes. Overall, my downsides are out of our staff's hands, and I do believe that they do their best to make this apartment a great stay. I enjoy using their gym, believe the price for living here is fair, and love that it's walking distance to great eateries. The neighbors and staff are nice and that's all I can ask for in a place to live.

We moved into this apartment in August. Throughout the whole process of multiple calls and questions The front desk was absolutely amazing. Especially Annabee was an absolute Wonderful for us! Anytime we called. They picked up anytime we had an issue they picked up. Maintenance was amazing. Management was amazing. We love this place so so much.!

It’s nice, I actually feel somewhat safe considering it being in Anaheim. I give it 3 stars only because maintenance is pretty good and the cleaning in the amenities is great! But.. if you want to live here and have the fire alarms go off at LEASTTT once a week.. annnd during the MIDDLE of the night. Good luck!! It’s ridiculous! There are KIDS in the building! Some people work night shift and gotta sleep! They really gotta fix it to be more accurate. I get safety, but it’s too many “false alarms”. Another thing, you can’t hear other people when inside your apartment. But people are super picky about the noise. Overall, I won’t be staying another year because the random fire alarms is really bad. /:

I never write reviews but I NEEDED to take a moment to share my experience at The Mix At Ctr City. Of course moving is a stressful process and I was currently already locked in a lease but I wanted to start looking at my options for when the lease is up. I explained to Anabey my situation from A - Z and she LISTENED! Not once did I feel pushed into signing an agreement or make a decision that day. I was very overwhelmed and Anabey help not only calm my nerves but met me at my level and ensure that she will be with me every step and THAT SHE WAS! She was extremely through and took the time to explain the process at the Mix and I couldn’t happier! I’m writing this review a month after I moved in and I have been at peace ever since. Thank you so much to Jeremey for also accommodating my busy work schedule and coming to meet me on a day that the office was close but I was available. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I moved into Doria Lofts at The Mix CTR yesterday. And I am very happy with my decision. The team at The Mix Is outstanding. Before making a decision to move here, I visited multiple different places to live. The faculty here has made a huge difference and was a big deciding factor for me. Special shout out to Jeremy, Leslie, and Anabey! And even the technicians Carlos and Julia are so professional, personable, and very quick to service. At most rental properties I’ve experienced once you signed the contract, the management team typically makes you feel like an inconvenience when you have questions or need service. But at The Mix, I feel welcomed and they really try to cater to you. The level of communication and responsiveness is top-notch I would give it six stars if I could. There are many boutiques stores and restaurants nearby. Big plus, Anaheim packing district is walking distance! I recommend you scheduling a tour if you are considering moving to Anaheim.
