I worked with Robert Carroll and I could not recommend anyone better than him if you would like to sell your home for all cash. I went back and forth on whether or not I was going to. Contacted 3 companies and Tarek Buys Houses responded same day and then said I could call them, which I did on a Saturday, and then we just got to work to get it done! No back and forth, no misunderstandings, smooth and calm communication, and we were able to close exactly on time. Win win for both of us.

In July of this year, my mom needed help selling her home. I talked with a number of realtors and brokers. I came across Tarek Buys Houses. This was the second broker I had talked to. They offered a higher price than the others so I chose to use them. Alex Russo was who took me through the process from start to finish. He made the experience amazing! I was already very stressed from a lot of the other things going on, but the house sale was not stressful at all. It definitely took a huge project off my plate. He worked with me from the start to the end and even after the sale was completed when things have come up he’s helped me with them as well. I would highly recommend them and Alex as well.

Working with Austin from Tarek Buys Houses was a great experience. I was selling my Aunt's house who had passed away and had to work with some hurdles from the Estate, but they were very understanding along the way and made the offer/acceptance/closing experience very easy. We closed the sale on our house today with a very fair offer, working with Patrick from Tarek Buys Houses. The process was simple and helped us transition to our next home without having to manage 2 escrow transactions (sell and buy) which we wanted to avoid due to uncertainty and risk. Instead, we are able to move after closing on our purchase in basically one transaction and we don't have to find temporary housing in between. I recently sold my parent's home in Hacienda Heights to Tarek Buys Houses. Thanks to Alex Rosu, the process was the easiest, most stress-free transaction imaginable. Our initial conversation was nearly an hour, as he explained everything to me and answered many questions. We spoke frequently the first few days as my sisters, and I contemplated what was best for us. During this time, Alex never pressured me and always made himself available with a welcoming demeanor. Within a week of our first conversation, the details of the sale were finalized. My parents designed and built this house themselves 51 years ago, being my childhood home made the process an emotional one.
