Title: Terrible Experience - Save Your Money and Look Elsewhere I would strongly advise against renting here. From the start, the management has shown a complete lack of transparency, and the service is absolutely terrible. The office staff, especially the women working there, are consistently in a bad mood and have a seriously unpleasant attitude. It’s clear that their primary concern is getting your money, not providing any helpful service or maintaining a good living environment. Whenever I had an issue or needed assistance, the office staff was unhelpful and dismissive. They rarely ever smiled or seemed interested in resolving anything. It felt like they just wanted to get you out of their way as quickly as possible. I was left feeling completely frustrated and ignored, especially when I reached out for help with basic concerns. The apartment itself was poorly maintained, and when issues arose, communication from the office was nonexistent. They never seemed to care about anything beyond the payment. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money—look for a place that values its tenants and actually cares about providing a positive experience.

We lived there for 12 years, and after 6 months we were finally able to sell (at a very loss, mind you) because of the unfair high space rent. So, glad that we got out when we could. Moved to an another state. I would not recommend this park to anyone. When we moved in our space rent was $615,00. We we moved out our space rent was well over 1,100.00. The man that bought our home is paying(or maybe even higher) ?? 1,900.00. I feel sorry for the seniors that can't afford it, and have no where to go. And I have read it is no longer a senior, safe park!

Moving to Rancho La Paz was a big mistake. Here is why: 1️⃣Bad investment: You do not own the property, you only own the structure. A mobile home does not appreciate at the same rate as a standard home. Mobile homes are fragile and very prone to cracks and deterioration. Rancho La Paz’s exorbitantly high space rent dramatically decreases the value of the mobile home. 2️⃣High space rent: At Rancho La Paz, the space rent is much higher than at other mobile home parks (about $2300/month), which does not include your mortgage on the structure. The park will attempt to significantly raise your rent at every opportunity. 3️⃣Poor tenant service: The staff who work at Rancho La Paz are only focused on collecting your rent. They refuse to answer emails and they withhold information. They insist on only communicating by postal mail and refuse to answer questions on the phone. Their unprofessionalism will slow down your buying or selling process by months, causing you time and money.
