Working with Justin was an excellent experience. He represented the seller on our recent transaction and did a phenomenal job from start to finish. His communication was clear, professional, and consistent, and he handled every step of the process with integrity and attention to detail. Working with Justin, and Cory, was an excellent experience! To buy a manufactured home in AZ you must use the person who lists it. Harris has the largest and best selection. After using another person one day, we met with Justin and he showed us everything they had in the park we were interested in. Oh my goodness, a kind and knowledgeable person with 20+ years of experience. We knew instantly that we were in good hands. After putting a contract on the home, Justin and Cory worked together to make sure everything went smoothly. And it did! Their communication and follow-through are excellent. Justin had great contacts for service people who have all done well by us and for fair prices. We highly recommend using Harris.

I signed with Harris Mobile Home Sales in March 2025 based on the promises of their agent, who assured me he would work hard to sell my home. Taking him at his word, I signed the contract. Shortly afterward, I learned he would not even create flyers for the property, calling them a “waste,” and he never organized an open house or any real promotion. I had to relocate for a new job and trusted him to show the house frequently. In reality, he showed it so few times I can count them on one hand—each time followed by excuses. When potential buyers raised concerns about repairs, he didn’t even present the list I had provided documenting over $20,000 in completed work to counter those objections. I cannot recommend this agency. I would never list with them again, and I strongly advise others to use extreme caution before considering Harris Mobile Home Sales.

We used Harris Mobile Homes to sell our Mother's mobile home. Justin Dempsey was our listing agent and he was just outstanding. Justin was always prompt, polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Did I mention also that he is just a really nice guy!! Justin truly went above and beyond, especially when we wound up getting a buyer that was difficult to work with. Kudos also to Cory Roberts at Harris for his professionalism and calmness during our negotiations. We are very, very happy we chose this team to sell the home. We would use them again in a heartbeat

I had the pleasure and the opportunity to work with Justin Dempsey. I've purchased a fair amount of real estate over the years and have worked with agents and brokers along the way. Justin wins...He listened to my special needs about finding a particular kind of mobile home in a special park for my brother. He showed me several, and advised me accurately without trying to sell me in the least. He guided the way through the park accpetance, inspections and a final offer to close. The entire process went smoothly and every hurdle was easily solved. If I could use 10 stars I would. Thank you!
