I had a great experience working with Arely Jacobo Peralta while purchasing my home. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, always available to answer my questions and guide me every step of the way. Her communication was excellent—clear, timely, and consistent—which made everything much less stressful. She conducted herself with a high level of professionalism and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

The company does not allow you to qualify for a mobile home first before buying. They will also not describe the reason a person is selling a home. In my case a house was haunted thankfully I had a EMF meter. They won't give me back my application fee nor have they give me back my $1,000 deposit.

Kerry was very professional, and accommodating with my crazy schedule. I had set dates for scheduled move out, travel and financing. Of course I had everything in order and ready to go, she stayed on course, was very proactive with my financial service and we were able to close within a day of my required day requested. I would highly recommend Graham mobile home sales!!

The realtor from this company is very dishonest and not a person we would ever do business with again. She sold my mother-in-law a mobile home in Trails West. When showing us the home, the realtor wouldn't let us see it a second time before deciding to purchase it, and made some excuse that it would be too hard to coordinate with the previous owner. The closing process was ridiculous. She wanted my mother-in-law to call the Title Company to find out the details of the sale price. Then she promised she would pay the fee to transfer the title as a gift, but did not at closing. On closing day, the home was not handed off broom swept/vacuumed as required. During the walk through, the realtor refused to go through the entire home. She would only stand by the counter in the kitchen. The bedroom carpet was disgusting. See pictures attached. The bag of hair and debris was before we hired a carpet cleaning company. It cost an additional $350 to clean. It smelled horrible, because the dishwasher's high loop wasn't in place anymore after the walk through and the garbage disposal was run with food before the closing day. There were many electrical issues as well that were not to code. Be aware of this company! Even though this was an as-is purchase, there are still requirements that must be met. The realtor from Graham Mobile Homes is the worst realtor we've ever dealt with. It was clear that she just wanted to make a fast sale and walk away and do nothing. Very dishonest! Shortly after I entered this review, 5 "NEW" reviews were entered within the last 24 hours, all with what appears to be fake scores of 5 ! There was only one review prior to mine that was entered 6 years ago! Beware of this realtor!
