We chose AHDR and Ronnie's services based on reviews. Based on our experience with him through the process, this is the easiest review to write. The level of involvement met what we needed. He proved to be responsive, helpful, and kind. This is a rare combination, especially in this space. We've used competing services (in other states) that did not come close to the level of service Ronnie and team offered. Thanks Ronnie!

Just sold my third house thru Ronnie and At Home Desert Realty using the MLS flat fee listing service. It is so easy to list your home with Ronnie as you provide the simple information, description, pictures and he puts it all online. This has saved me $$$$thousands in seller agent commission fees. I came across Ronnie Spece's website, At Home Realty, and purchased the MLS flat-fee service. I am extremely pleased at not only the results of having listed the home on the MLS, but most importantly the level of service and professionalism from Mr. Spece. He is very prompt at answering emails and patient when I asked silly questions I didn't quite understand the first time around when I was on his website. I would not hesitate to recommend Ronnie to friends and family. I am SO grateful Ronnie offers this MLS flat fee service because as a For Sale By Owner on Zillow, I was just not getting the hits I was hoping for. Once Ronnie listed the house on MLS, I got multiple offers and many (too many) calls. Thank you Ronnie!

We have sold two homes using Ronnie's services. As a former Realtor and feeling comfortable performing market analyses and negotiating with Buyers' Realtors, I didn't want to pay the fees typically associated with selling a home. Ronnie's attention to customer service were fantastic. I "assumed" after the initial listing went into the MLS that it would be difficult to get in-touch with him. However, that couldn't have been further from the truth. As we made a number of requests to tweak each listing, and to add and/or delete certain photos, he was always very quick to respond, and provided superb customer service. I would unequivocally recommend Ronnie to anyone who feels comfortable with the listing and contract process of selling a home in the State of Arizona.

We’ve sold many homes and thought we’d try a flat fee MLS agent. We’re so glad we did. Ronnie was recommended by a real estate investment group and was great to work with. He helped us through the process, he answered our questions, and was easy to communicate with. He was more helpful than some of the full fee agents we’ve used in the past. We highly recommend him.
